We endorse the highest ethical standards and hold a strong commitment to achieving the right results the right way. Therefore, it is important that we have a channel where whistleblowers are protected and possible violations can be reported and dealt with as early as possible.
Regardless of the outcome of the case, a person reporting in good faith may not be disadvantaged in any way as a result of a report of a possible compliance violation.
All employees or third parties, whom the group has a business relationship with may at any time file a complaint or report circumstances that suggest compliance violations.

All complaints received will be taken seriously and will be handled in an appropriate manner.
All submissions are made via a secure online form (choose “Public Access”). The complaint will be received by NorSea Compliance Manager. All reporting that is completed through this portal will be entirely anonymous, as there are no means to identify whom has reported any cases using this electronic solution. Complaints will initially be handled by NorSea Compliance Manager, who will subsequently involve relevant parties in the investigation as required. All submissions will be handled with confidentiality. When reporting a violation, you have the option to remain anonymous. However, it will be easier to conduct an investigation if you report your identity.
